DISCLAIMER

As each piece is hand-crafted, there will be slight variations in colors and sizes.  This contributes to the uniqueness of each piece since nothing is mass-produced and all items are made to order – just for YOU or the special person to whom you’re giving the GiFTT.

All our products are handmade to order for every order we place with our fair trade partners.  Every effort has been made to be as accurate as possible to the images and descriptions of items.  We are unable to guarantee that your computer's display of the colors reflect exactly the color of the products. In addition, due to the nature of our products being handmade, all sizes, weights, capacities and dimensions indicated may have slight variations. Colors may have up to 10% variant. It is important to note that our handmade processes mean that every item is unique, no two items will be identical; hence, we do not guarantee a 100% exact appearance to each item produced. Our use of natural fibers also means that slight imperfections may occur. These imperfections include (but are not limited to), the natural grain of the fabric, texture, weave and color variations, natural wrinkles. These imperfections do not constitute faults with the products.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

You are purchasing truly unique merchandise as every item GiFTT sells is handmade to order from our certified fair trade partners by women artisans who have received training.  We want to be EXCITED about your purchase not only because you are purchasing a beautiful accessory but because you are also supporting a social enterprise.  Well done, you!  #applause   Every effort has been made to be as accurate as possible to the images and descriptions of items.  See Disclaimer above. However, if you notice a substantial defect or major flaw in the design or composition of your item, you may return it for an exchange with an exact or similar item, store credit, or refund within 14 days from delivery date.  All original tags must be on each item with no items being washed, worn, dry-cleaned, or altered in any way.  Customers are responsible for return shipping charges and we suggest using a carrier which offers/provides a tracking feature.  GiFTT is not responsible for lost or stolen items.  Exchanged/replaced items will be shipped free of charge to the customer. 

To return or exchange an item, a copy of the invoice must be included with the item to be returned or exchanged.  Please return item in the original packaging, if possible.  Send to:

REFUND - Once the item has been received and deemed in original condition, please allow 7-10 business days for credit to appear on credit card.  If payment was made via PayPal, associated processing fees will not be refunded.

Typically, orders arrive in 5-7 business days unless buyer chooses expedited shipping option for additional charge.  Tracking information will be sent to buyer.
